Our program offer two seasons:

  • Off season qfrom September- December Tiny Tots Ages 4-6 (only during offseason) and Ages 7-18
  • Spring/Summer Season from February- July( Competition team finishes first week of August if advancing to the Junior Olympics). This is a separate registration fee please see FAQ


We offer the following for youth ages 4-18 (During off-season), ages 6-18 during Outdoor Spring/Summer, and some college athletes:

  • fundamentals of running
  • sprint training
  • distance training 
  • field event training

Please wear/bring the following to practice:

  • Mask ( Will be worn when having group discussion not while working out)
  • Water in a water bottle (PLEASE LABEL WITH CHILD’S NAME)
  • Running shoes (NO basketball, football or high tops)
  • Running short or sweatpants (NO jean or basketball shorts)


Tiny Tots Ages 4-6

Saturday’s 11:00-11:45

Sunday’s 2:00-2:45

Ages 7 & Up

Saturdays 12:00-2:00

Sundays 3:00-5:00

LOCATION LOCATED VIA TEAM APP(Access to the app is only after completing the registration form).

*Please check Facebook /Team App daily for cancellations and location changes

*We do not practice when weather is severe (IE. Lightning, hurricane, temperatures below 50 degrees) 

*Practice starts promptly at scheduled time if you’re 15 minutes late your child will not be able to attend.
