Off season training starts October 6-December 31,2018

We offer the following for ages 4-18 and some college athletes:

  • fundamentals of running
  • sprint training
  • distance training 
  • field event training

Please bring the following to practice:

  • running shorts
  • tennis shoes ( no basketball, high tops, or spikes)
  • water
  • towel

Outdoor Practice Schedule

*Please check Facebook /Team App daily for cancellations and location changes

*We do not practice when weather is severe(Ie. Lightning, hurricane, temperatures below 50 degrees) 

*Ferry Pass Middle has limited seating please bring lawn chair and no restrooms are available( We apologize for the inconvenience)

*Practice starts promptly at scheduled time if you’re 15 min late your child will not be able to attend.
